Shipping Information
All of our items are carefully inspected before shipment. Each item is wrapped to protect it from damage during shipment. Depending on weight, we ship via USPS, UPS or FedEx. We make every effort to insure that your purchase arrives to you safe and sound. We highly recommend that you take out insurance on your purchase, in the event that something happens to it during shipment. Shipping
We normally ship all in stock items within 5 days from the time your order is received. Orders are usually shipped via USPS or the least expensive freight company. Actual delivery time will vary according to your delivery zone. Occasionally, circumstance beyond our control will require additional shipping time. Holiday seasons, large orders, and out of stock items may take longer. Some items may be temporarily out of stock for as long as 2 to 3 weeks. We will contact you immediately if one of your items is on backorder. Shipping and Handling charges are based on merchandise totals BEFORE any discounts.
RETURN POLICY
At DogLoverHeaven.com we want you to be thrilled with your purchases. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with the merchandise you've purchased from our site, we will gladly refund your money, excluding the actual shipping & insurance fees incurred while shipping your package. Returns must be made within 30 days after merchandise is received--simply follow the steps below:
1. Please call us before returning merchandise to obtain the correct return address for your package. If the returned package is shipped to the wrong address an extra shipping charge may be subtracted from your refund. Returns must be made within 30 days after merchandise is received.
2. The merchandise must be adequately packed before returning merchandise and insurance must be purchased to cover the full price of the merchandise that is being returned. Please include your name, address and phone number inside the package so we can issue you a refund.
